Description of Services Exar Setups provides digital files for Minecraft servers. These files are not to be resold, shared, or leaked . By purchasing our products, you agree to this.
Intellectual Property All digital files, designs, and content provided by Exar Setups are protected by intellectual property laws and are the sole property of Exar Setups. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our products without our prior written consent.
Product Usage You may not leak, share, or distribute our digital files to any third party, including but not limited to other individuals, companies, or websites. If we catch you leaking our products, your license will be taken away and you will be IP Banned from out website and discord server. Read more on our "RESOURCE PROTECTION" page.
Support Support will only be provided to customers who have purchased our products. Any support requests from non-customers will be denied. We reserve the right to decide the extent and nature of support we provide to our customers.
Payments and Refunds All payments for our products are processed securely through authorized payment gateways. Once a purchase is made, We have a strict NO REFUND policy. Please ensure you understand the features, dependancies and compatibility before making a purchase, by purchasing you agree to this.
Limitation of Liability Exar Setups shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. We do not guarantee the compatibility of our files with any specific server software or plugins.
Disclaimer of Warranty Our products and services are provided on an "as is" basis. Exar Setups makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance, accuracy, or suitability of our products for any particular purpose. We do not guarantee that our products will be error-free or uninterrupted, that being said we will update our files with bug fixes and higher version compatibility changes.
Termination We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our website and services, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary by Exar Setups.
